Can park 4 to 6 cars in the back lot by privacy fence. Visit GVSU, Ford Museum, Zoo, Grand Rapids Children's, Public & Art Museums, Van Andel Arena, and/or DeVos Hall. Prior written approval for pets is required. Please contact owner regarding any pets, types of pets, and pet fees. Utilities, trash removal, snowplowing, and lawncare are included.
